I have used Freelancer several times over the years with great luck. We are located in the United States of America and have been in business over 30 years. ANYONE Answering this MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH (no exceptions)

ALL CODE IS OWED SOLELY BY ZassCo, Inc. ALL CODE MUST BE Downloaded to our servers Nightly. Our programmers will be inspecting the code every day. We will not play games and allow hidden code of any kind.
WE WILL PROVIDE THE BETA Server which will be set up as needed for all functions for this project.
YOU may be asked to stay on with us once the code is finished but that depends on your communication skills and ability to finish this project on time.
Time is of the essence and the delivery of a working model is expected within 30 days of acceptance. (Sooner is better)

I need of a programmer to create for lack of better words a Social media site with all the same functions of Facebook - Membership (will need paypal intigration for monthly and yearly subscriptions) Chat (Chat must allow users to pass video, images and so forth ), Posting to the systems own news feeds, (to include audio, video, images, documents and so forth)
User Area will include but not limited to:
Profile manager - Preferences for communications (such as notifications when they have been sent chats and or posts)- Calendar with reminders and reoccurring events - Calendar notifications - Ability to share calendar with other users a user may be connected to - The adding of custom unlimited columns in the profile for information such as Vehicle Information if desired. Custom Address book which will interact with other users.
The sign up process for a user MUST include Cell Phone Verification abilities. Meaning the only way someone can sign up is to provide a valid cell phone number and a code would be sent to them. We will use my current Twillio account for all SMS and phone services.
A team video conference ability developed for this system so users can video conference (prefer not to integrate any third party anything)
Admin side must include but not limited to:
The ability to manage Users
The ability to manage billing and subscriptions
Ability to push notifications and communications to users
System should have a master calendar that the Admin can use to post evens and other such information to users
Admin would have the ability to post on ALL users News Feeds (wall)
Reporting for Billing, late payment cut off of account as well as a P and L Statement that can be run at will
These are the main items I am looking for at this time but as the system grows we will add items as needed.
Interested parties should submit a bid along with the specifications of server set up needed to meet our expectations.... such as but no limited to server size for deployment..
I am not looking for the cheapest I am looking for ability.... MUST submit example of your work with BID.
