• Duties
• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings, both in person and virtually.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence while providing responsive, client-focused legal services.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal oversight in a high-volume practice.
• Requirements
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
• Possess 2-5+ years of legal experience, with all qualified applicants considered.
• Demonstrate strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Exhibit a detail-oriented, organized, and driven work ethic.
• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Certifications
• Active license to practice in Bankruptcy court is desired.
• Multi-state licensure is a plus.
• Skills
• Experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or collections matters is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with local court-related travel.
