A law firm seeks an experienced Finance Attorney to join its expanding finance practice group in Atlanta, GA. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.

Duties

• Represent financial institutions, private lenders, borrowers, developers, and investors in various financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, credit agreements, and related financing documents.
• Advise clients on acquisition financing, asset-based lending, and real estate finance.
• Conduct and manage due diligence, including review of corporate structure and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with attorneys across complementary practice areas.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in fast-paced environments.
• Participate in client development initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance, banking, lending, and/or real estate finance transactions.
• Modest portable book of business preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Admission to practice in Georgia.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
