Duties

- Attend video and audio hearings, and conduct client meetings to assess needs and provide counsel.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents, motions, and pleadings with precision and timeliness.
- Travel to South Bend, Indiana, one day per week for court appearances or client consultations.
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana or actively in the process of being sworn in.
- Demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and strong technological proficiency.
- Experience with consumer bankruptcy matters is preferred, with higher compensation for extensive debtor-side experience.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in the State of Indiana.
Skills
- Expertise in handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal technology and document management systems.
