Duties

• Advise on corporate mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Provide guidance on private equity and fund formation.
• Consult on real estate investments, REITs, and RICs.
• Navigate financing and capital markets transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of practice in transactional tax.
• Experience with corporate M&A, partnerships, and private equity.
• Proven track record with real estate funds and capital markets.
• Established portable client base of at least $250,000 annually.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
