Duties

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in banking, finance, or structured finance law.



• Proven track record in handling securitization and warehouse financing transactions.



• Strong preference for experience with residential mortgage loans or consumer assets.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Deep understanding of structured finance and banking regulations.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
