Job Overview

Duties

• Manage domestic and international trademark and copyright portfolios, including proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).



• Handle trademark and copyright disputes, domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), and anticounterfeiting enforcement actions.



• Draft and respond to demand letters, provide litigation support, and manage copyright registration processes.



• Negotiate and draft trademark and copyright licensing agreements and technology contracts.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation is preferred.



• Trademark litigation and TTAB experience are threshold requirements for this role.



• Hold an active bar license in the state corresponding to the office of application, or commit to obtaining one promptly.



• Demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
