Duties

• Manage significant aspects of complex litigation, including case strategy and discovery.
• Engage in motion practice and client communications.
• Prepare for trial and assume substantial responsibility on sophisticated litigation matters.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Experience managing cases and serving in a lead supporting role preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office preferred.

Skills
