Job Overview

Duties

• Handle depositions, hearings, motions, discovery, and other critical litigation responsibilities.



• Analyze complex claims and develop strategies for resolving high-exposure matters.



• Participate in pre-suit investigations, case evaluation, litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.



• Communicate directly with clients and develop the judgment and business skills necessary to become a trusted advisor.



• Take on increasingly sophisticated matters and responsibility as experience grows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of litigation experience.



• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.



• Ability to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN 46250.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex claims.



• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction.



• Ability to develop litigation strategy and business acumen.



• Capacity to take ownership of work and interact with experienced trial attorneys.
