Duties

• Draft and advise on equity and executive compensation plans and awards.
• Provide guidance on public company governance and securities disclosures.
• Address executive compensation issues in complex transactions.
• Support compliance work for ongoing equity and executive compensation matters.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in executive compensation.
• Experience with employee benefits, tax, corporate, and/or securities preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving attitude and intrinsic motivation.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Iowa or eligibility to waive in.
