Duties

• Draft, negotiate, and manage entertainment, intellectual property, finance, and corporate agreements.
• Support financing, investment, M&A, production, licensing, distribution, and commercial transactions.
• Advise clients across film, television, digital media, gaming, and emerging entertainment businesses.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on strategic legal and business matters.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and substantive discussions.

Requirements

• Approximately four to six years of relevant transactional legal experience.
• Experience in entertainment, media, technology, corporate, finance, or M&A preferred.
• Prior experience at a large law firm or in-house is valued.
• Strong organizational, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar membership.
