Duties

• Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital and restructuring debt.
• Represent debtors and creditors in debt restructuring matters.
• Work with credit investors on structuring novel credit investments.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsors on leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.
• Engage in domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in the relevant state.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of intended practice.

Skills

• Expertise in corporate finance and debt restructuring.
