A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its creditors' rights team in Bannockburn, IL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to handle high-volume foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation matters while leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to enhance legal service delivery.

Duties

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings, both in person and virtually.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate effectively with support staff and experienced attorneys.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services within a fast-paced, high-volume practice environment.

Requirements

• Active Illinois law license is required.
• 2-5+ years of experience in creditors' rights, litigation, bankruptcy, or collections.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to achieve results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensure to practice in Bankruptcy court is desired.
• Multi-state licensure is a plus.
