Duties

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.


• Conduct appearances in-person and remotely, including depositions.


• Manage cases from inception through resolution.


 

Requirements

• 1-2 years of litigation experience, or eligibility for new admittees to the California State Bar.


• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.


• Reliable transportation to attend court hearings.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Valid California State Bar License with current MCLE hours.


 

Skills

• Proven experience as a litigation attorney or law clerk.


• Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
