- Collaborate with surveyors, planners, government officials, and other professionals to ensure legal requirements are met throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to provide up-to-date legal guidance.
- Prepare and present legal opinions and reports to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate, land use, or property law.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local land use and zoning laws.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- SC Required, Dual License Preferred.
