• Optimize plan design to account for tax and securities law considerations while developing commercial workforce solutions.



• Collaborate with global colleagues to provide insights on cross-border matters and market practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in benefits and compensation.



• Sophisticated understanding of the legal landscape, market practice, and conditions in executive compensation.



• Ability to work as an integrated part of the client's team on challenging issues.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Intellectually curious self-starter with strong analytical abilities.



• Experience with cross-border matters and multi-jurisdictional employment issues is desired.



• Ability to handle complex, high-stakes transactions with precision and efficiency.
