Duties

• Analyze medical records, bills, fee disputes, and coverage issues related to PIP claims.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions for summary judgment.
• Appear at arbitrations, court conferences, and hearings as necessary.

Requirements

• Active New York bar license.
• Reside in or around New York City.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
