Duties

• Serve as the primary contact for privilege-related issues during document review.
• Design and implement privilege sweeps and screens.
• Consult with case teams on privilege questions and strategies.
• Ensure review workflows follow standard privilege protocols.
• Draft and finalize privilege logs upon review completion.
• Escalate complex privilege determinations to senior attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar License.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in AI-assisted privilege reviews.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
