Duties

• Manage litigation matters and assist in resolving legal disputes on behalf of clients.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements for sale, and other legal documents.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
• Attend court for trials, applications, and other hearings.
• Provide legal support to senior attorneys within the firm.
• Maintain professional client relationships and provide timely updates on matters.

Requirements

• Certificate of Legal Education (CLE).
• At least one year of post-call experience preferred, but not mandatory for strong candidates.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction and supervision.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
