Duties

• Draft standard and sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Support structuring and implementing wealth-transfer strategies.
• Engage in domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning.
• Collaborate on international income, gift, and estate tax planning.
• Maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing, speaking, and research abilities.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.

Education

• LLM in Taxation is a plus but not required.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission or eligibility.
