Duties

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases, including drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and memoranda.



• Guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits.



• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, ensuring thorough trial readiness.

Requirements

• Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Missouri.



• Experience holding an Illinois Bar license is desired.



• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases with superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar licensure as specified in requirements.
