Duties

• Research legal and commercial issues for client deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to address open issues and tasks.
• Review and analyze agreements of varying complexity.
• Prepare initial drafts of agreements, consents, and other documents based on precedent.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of transactional legal experience as a licensed attorney.
• Excellent communication, organization, and document management skills.
• Willingness to learn technical, legal, and business skills on the job.
• Interest in and passion for entrepreneurship required.
• Prior experience with startups is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
