Job Overview

Duties

• Draft and negotiate sophisticated contracts, including EPC agreements, design-build documents, alternative delivery contracts, supply and purchase agreements, service and engineering agreements, and consulting agreements.



• Advise on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, bonding, and other critical commercial terms for national significance matters.



• Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure meticulous attention to detail and high-quality legal writing.

Requirements

• Three to six years of construction-related transactional experience.



• Demonstrated proficiency in independently drafting and negotiating complex contract types.



• Excellent legal writing skills and strong academic credentials.



• Ability to work in a high-responsibility role within a collaborative, fast-paced practice.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Experience with cross-border matters desired.



• Strong communication skills for interacting with institutional clients.



• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex commercial terms.
