Duties

• Structure, negotiate, and document business, real estate, and financial transactions.
• Handle business formations and assist with purchases and sales.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on investments and buy-outs.
• Oversee financings and address title issues.
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of hands-on transactional experience.
• Experience handling business, real estate, and/or financial matters.
• Proficiency in structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions.
• Experience with business formations, purchases, sales, M&A, investments, buy-outs, and/or financings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
