Duties

• Manage a litigation caseload and counsel clients in IP, data privacy, and AI governance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Prosecute and defend lawsuits involving copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Advise clients on data privacy compliance and AI governance matters.
• Handle transactional matters including agreements for creative assets and software development.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of California.
• 5-15 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Federal/State court litigation experience required.
• Experience with privacy, AI, and data governance preferred.
• Experience with advertising, art, fashion, and internet law is a plus.
• Strong analytical, writing, and client service skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the State of California.
