Responsibilities

Humana is looking for enthusiastic and organized individuals to help keep our online physician directory accurate. You will work directly with medical providers to ensure their demographic information is displaying correctly within Humana's online physician search tool. There will be an opportunity to work on a variety of projects and includes full-time flexible work hours.

This position is temporarily work at home, but plans to transition back to an office workstyle in downtown Louisville, KY once restrictions are lifted.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word and Excel

Capacity to maintain confidentiality

Strong customer service skills

Prior data entry experience

Temporary Remote/Work at Home Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite, Wireless and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance is required

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 1 year of provider installation experience
