Duties

• Manage an independent caseload, attend client meetings, and maintain organized files.



• Participate in court appearances, administrative hearings, and team collaborations.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with the ability to apply principles to various matters.



• Experience in employment law is a plus.



• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice focused on client needs and risk management.



• Excellent research skills regarding case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.



• Effective negotiation skills to support settlement discussions and client representation.



• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including precise drafting.



• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.



• Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and ability to work independently and in a team.



• Prior law firm or clerkship experience is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
