Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.


• Draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and other legal documents for high-stakes cases.


• Take and defend depositions while coordinating discovery efforts.


• Mentor junior associates and law clerks, providing guidance on case strategy and legal research.


 

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial litigation.


• Proven track record of handling complex cases involving contract disputes, business torts, securities litigation, and employment law.


• Strong ability to work directly with partners on high-stakes matters.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New York.
