Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate with 5 to 8 years of transactional experience to join its premier Investment Management practice group in Seattle. The team advises major institutional investors, including public pension funds and sovereign entities, on traditional and alternative investment transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cross-disciplinary environment alongside experienced practitioners recognized for excellence in investor representation.

Duties

• Advise institutional investors on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions and related matters.



• Collaborate with attorneys across core practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions for public and private pension funds, endowments, and insurance companies.



• Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of client service and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant transactional experience in investment management, fund formation, private equity, or capital raising.



• Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.



• Exceptional communication skills and a client-service approach, with the capacity to manage significant individual responsibilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law.
