Duties

• Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis with precision and attention to deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Appear in California state and federal courts, adhering to local rules.
• Conduct depositions, including taking and defending depositions of parties, experts, and fact witnesses.

Requirements

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex plaintiffs litigation.
• Strong drive to tackle challenging cases and champion meaningful causes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
