Duties

• Take and defend depositions and engage in motion practice.
• Conduct written and expert discovery, draft pleadings and motions.
• Participate in inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings.

Requirements

• Three to five years of post-JD experience in IP litigation.
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position.
• Excellent writing and strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred.
