The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Duties

• Conduct patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals in developing and executing litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advise clients on patent-related matters and potential legal risks.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
• At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing skills are essential.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number preferred.
