A law firm seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to join its growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role focuses on high-volume personal injury matters, primarily premises liability, requiring strong leadership and case management skills to guide clients through the pre-litigation process.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing necessary documents and managing the release approval process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations, form demand packages, and complete liability issue approvals.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, driving compliance, KPIs, and efficient case processing.
• Guide clients through the case lifecycle, ensuring superior service and clear communication throughout.

Requirements

• 2+ years of personal injury experience with a proven ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service, communication, and strong leadership skills with a self-starter mindset.
• Desire to become part of a trial team and drive long-term career goals within the firm.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association.

Skills

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements effectively.
