Duties

• Advise clients on labor regulation compliance.
• Negotiate and draft collective bargaining and employment agreements.
• Represent clients in labor disputes in courts and before agencies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in labor law and employment law.
• Experience with collective bargaining, NLRA, RLA, and workplace discrimination.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Experience in federal and state courts and before labor boards.
• Portable business is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
