Duties

• Prepare entertainment-based US immigration applications using legal automation technology.
• Review and revise drafts of letters and legal documents.
• Draft and review contracts and employment letters for media and entertainment clients.
• Conduct quality checks on petitions and other documents.
• Communicate with clients to assess eligibility and provide updates.
• Test legal automation technology and provide feedback.
• Research legal issues and prepare memoranda.
• Utilize reports and manipulate data to prioritize work.

Requirements

• State Bar License to practice law in any U.S. state.
• LL.M. or JD in Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports or related field.
• 6 months of experience as an associate, paralegal, or law clerk.
• Experience in solving complex immigration issues, serving as the main point of contact, assisting in casework, delivering large projects, and staying updated with national issues.

Education

• LL.M. or JD in relevant field.

Certifications

• State Bar License.
