A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney to join their Atlanta office in a fully remote capacity. This role involves managing a wide range of business immigration matters for employers across various industries, providing strategic guidance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Duties

• Prepare and manage nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E, TN, and O classifications.
• Handle employment-based immigrant matters, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, and I-140 petitions.
• Respond to government requests and inquiries.
• Counsel employers on immigration compliance, including I-9 audits.
• Collaborate with a nationally recognized immigration team.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of business immigration experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Experience with a full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters preferred.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
