Duties

• Participate in administrative hearings and disciplinary appeals.
• Assist with labor disputes and negotiations.
• Engage in litigation in state and federal courts.
• Participate in emergency call-out rotations for critical incidents.

Requirements

• Bright, motivated, organized, and personable individual.
• Strong writing, legal research, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in labor, employment, public-sector, administrative, litigation, or criminal law is welcome but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of CA License (Required).
