Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state of practice.
• Experience in employment law preferred; familiarity with related claims is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound settlement recommendations quickly.

Education
