Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Tinton Falls, NJ. The firm is expanding its team and is looking for attorneys with 1-4 years or 5-8 years of experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage cases independently from inception and possess superior writing and research skills.

Duties

• Communicate directly with clients to provide day-to-day counseling on labor/employment issues.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NJ state bar association is required; NY and PA admissions are a plus.
• Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation is preferred.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and research are essential.
