Duties

• Discover and develop compelling client stories while protecting them from insurance company tactics.
• Manage a proactive caseload, providing exemplary customer service and strategic insights to drive business growth.
• Lead and manage a support pod, fostering productive relationships and ensuring alignment with firm goals.
• Advocate relentlessly for injured clients, handling depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
• Be certified to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Demonstrate three or more years of experience in premises liability or workplace injury law.
• Exhibit proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining organizational order.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active State Bar certification in Texas.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Bilingual capabilities are preferred.
