Duties

• Represent employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft employment-related policies and agreements.
• Handle claims involving discrimination, breach of contract, and wage-and-hour violations.
• Engage in non-compete litigation and internal investigations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of employment and labor litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bar admission in good standing in Connecticut or New Jersey; dual admission in New York, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
