Duties

• Manage all aspects of employment law cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and attend depositions.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar License.
• Previous Federal Court experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet guidelines.
• At least two years of employment law experience or legal experience with a passion for learning employment law.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License.
