Duties

• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.



• Member of the Indiana Bar in good standing.



• Ability to work independently in an office environment while maintaining a team-oriented approach.



• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving maximum compensation for clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.

Skills

• Superb negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.



• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.



• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.



• Strong analytical skills for evaluating claims and legal strategies.
