Duties

• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing.
• Oversee due diligence teams.
• Manage corporate governance and entity formation tasks.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements, including stock purchase, asset purchase, and merger agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, including practice in an AmLaw 200 firm.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Portable client work valued at $250k or more annually.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
