Duties

• Advise clients on business transactions and legal rights.
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution, including trial preparation.
• Analyze laws and regulations to predict case outcomes.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Gather evidence and develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantial legal documents.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities.
• Manage deadlines and assignments independently.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in general liability/insurance defense.
• Construction Defense experience required.
• Admitted in GA (other states a plus).
• Experience in negotiations and mediations, including multi-party mediations.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in GA.

Skills

• Proficient in managing workload and supervising a team.
