Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating empathy and building trust while outlining legal strategies.



• Communicate regularly with clients and insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and settlement offers.



• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair during jury trials to achieve favorable outcomes.



• Evaluate claims thoroughly and utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve matters efficiently.

Requirements

• Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.



• 3 to 5 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation.



• Minimum of 5 jury trials served as first chair.



• Active member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Certified Civil Trial Attorney (preferred).

Skills

• Superb negotiation and verbal/written communication abilities.



• Proactive approach to problem-solving and independent work ethic.



• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (a plus).



• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
