• Expand skills in elder law, special needs planning, and tax planning.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Experience in estate planning and trust administration.
• Strong drafting skills for wills and trusts.
• Experience with probates and fiduciary accountings.
• Knowledge of tax issues related to estate planning.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• LL.M in taxation desirable.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills

• Strong drafting and client advisory skills.
• Experience with estate tax returns is desirable.
• Special needs planning and elder law experience are a plus.
