Duties

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience.
- Experience at a major law firm with a national practice is required.
- Proven track record in acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit leasing.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the practicing state.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
