Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.

• Participate in negotiations and attend hearings and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to manage caseloads efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with the ability to apply legal principles across multiple practice areas.
• Fluency in Spanish is a major plus.
• Proficiency in legal research using case law, statutes, and secondary sources.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlement discussions and client advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professional ethics and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Florida (or eligibility for admission).
