A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join its practice in Chicago, Illinois. The attorney will manage motor vehicle accident cases in the pre-litigation phase and must be able to work from the Chicago office. An active Illinois Bar membership is required.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the IL State Bar Association.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
